Return Policy

Thank you for Shopping with us. Please return the product in the same packaging the product was delivered to you in, Including the packaging label.. Note return on the original label. There is a 15 day window from date of receiving product to date of return postmarked. We strive to keep each buyer happy and our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction.

Refund Policy

Thank you for Shopping with us. With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned

items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.. We thank you for your patronage and our goal is to keep each buyer as happy as possible.
